Jim Steel has a strong background teaching all of the disciplines of theology, hermeneutics, church history, cults, New Testament Survey, Old Testament Survey, as well as courses (most with accompanying note sets) in Genesis, John, 1 & 2 Corinthians, Romans, Galatians, Colossians, 1 & 2 Thessalonians, Hebrews and Revelation. As an aside, he has also taught PC Fundamentals and other office management software.  He is an amateur radio operator (without an HF rig at the moment) with the call letters N6OML.  Prior to serving as President and Academic Dean at Cornerstone Bible Institute, he has served in the pastorate, in missions and Christian school administration, and in evangelism.

Jim and his wife, Anne (Chipchase), live in Westminster, Colorado.  Prior to this, they served in teaching and administration at Cornerstone Bible Institute in Hot Springs, South Dakota.  The Steel’s have two married daughters and a married son who all love the Lord and serve Him faithfully. They have six grandchildren including baby Lolo (on left.) Robert and Kristin Thompson partner with them through Breadcrumbs Ministries.  Kristin Thompson is their  daughter. Our family:

Jim and his wife, Anne (Chipchase), have lived in beautiful Hot Springs, South Dakota since 1999.  Prior to that we ministered for about 15 years in the Northern California area.  We have two married daughters and a married son who all love the Lord and serve Him faithfully.  Anne served as Dean of Women at Cornerstone Bible Institute at the same time when Jim served in teaching and administration.  She loves to make scrapbooks and homemade greeting cards when she is not cooking up an English tea to share with others.
